Pinot Swingers gets you up close and personal with a group of New Zealand’s most endearing winemakers with a new take on speed-dating in one of Melbourne’s hottest new restaurants, Etta Dining.

Over a glass of Pinot and a perfectly matched dish, chew the fat with one of our rockstar winemaking legends.

You’ll have around half an hour before the Pinot bell rings, the winemaker swaps (‘swings’) tables, and the next date begins.

About Etta

Etta is a small neighbourhood bistro proud to call East Brunswick home brought together by the A-team of Hannah Green (Attica alum), Dominique Fourie McMillan (Cutler & Co alum) and New Zealand-born chef Hayden McMillan, previously of Roving Marrow which received a hat under his watch.

Etta’s menu is Australian and draws inspiration from the people of its locale with hints of Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern and Asian influences.

While the winemakers are the stars of this particular show, Hayden has a pretty special 5 course menu up his sleeve to match.
